Description

Details

The Gigahertz Solutions HFE35C RF Analyser measures radio frequencies and microwave radiation in an extra-broad frequency range of 27 MHz to 2.7 GHz. It is very easy to operate and displays a reading that shows the total pollution, along with an audio signal to help identify pulsed radiation sources. It includes 2 antennas -- a standard directional antenna that is useful in identifying the source of RF as well as an omni directional antenna that measures the total exposure and provides a full 360 degree snapshot of the RF exposure.

Features

- Simple, easy to read display that shows the total pollution with no calculation needed
- View peak value as well as average value
- An audio signal helps identify regions with increased exposure and pulsed radiation sources such as cordless phones, Bluetooth, mobile radio, and air-traffic control radar
- 10 times more sensitive than the beginning RF meter (HF32D)
- Extended frequency range between 27 Mhz and 2.7 GHz
- Logarithmic periodic antenna for single axis measurement
- Horizontal isotropic ultra broad bandwidth antenna for omni-directional measurement
- 2 year manufacturer's warranty

What's Included

- HFE35C RF Analyser (Meter)
- 9 V Alkaline manganese battery
- Ultra broadband isotropic (27 MHz to 3.3 GHz) antenna (UBB27)
- Logarithmic periodic (800 Mhz - 2.5 GHz) antenna
- Instruction manual
- Plastic carrying case (13 x 10.6 x 3.2 inches)

Specifications

- Frequency Range: 27 MHz to above 2.7 GHz
- Measurement Range: Power flux density: 0.1 - 1999 µW/m²
- Accuracy: Basic accuracy including linearity tolerance : +/- 6dB; Zero offset and rollover +/- 9 digits
- Sensor: Logarithmic periodic antenna with frequeny compensation directly on the antenna; Quasiisotropic ultrabroadband antenna ("omni"-characteristic) aligned for vertically polarised fields
- Audio: Identification of pulsed radiation sources (mobile radio (GSM, UMTS/G3), cordless telephones (DECT), WLAN (Bluetooth), air-traffic control radar) by means of an acoustic signal proportional to the modulation frequency
- Power: 9 Volt alkaline manganese battery (included), average operation time 4 to 7 hours; Low-Batt. indication, auto-power-off
- Signal Rating: Display of peak value as well as average value (switchable)
